Below are frequently asked questions about our SAFE RIDES to help you understand how to book, schedule and/or troubleshoot secure transportation with Comfort Zone SAFE RIDES.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes, however, changes can be made with minimal issues if you are more than 3 days out from the scheduled SAFE RIDE.
How far in advance can I book my SAFE RIDE?
The more notice we have, the better! We recommend booking 30 days out while the maximum is typically 6-8 weeks in advance. For advanced bookings, we request that the client call back closer to the ride date to confirm the details of your SAFE RIDE.
Can I cancel an upcoming ride?
Yes, but a 24-hour notice is required for a full refund, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
Is a deposit or payment in full required when booking?
Yes, a deposit or payment in full will be required, based on the circumstances, but call Comfort Zone Security to discuss.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, or Cash and will discuss your options when finalizing your ride. Upfront fee of $75.00 is required to book and the remaining fees will be paid at pick-up.
Will I get a receipt?
If you pay online with PayPal, you’ll get a receipt emailed to you from PayPal.
